Subject: feat: add test sandbox helper and enable tokio multi-thread runtime

Replace `copy_with_temp_rename` module with `test_sandbox` providing
automatic cleanup of test directories. Add `rt`, `rt-multi-thread`, and
`macros` tokio features.
