Add Argument type to picker builtins and expose Picker
- Add `#[derive(Debug, Default)]` to `Argument` struct
- Add `dump_remains` method to `Argument`
- Remove `#[doc(hidden)]` from `Picker` struct
- Implement `Pickable` for `Argument` to allow consuming remaining args
